the IT
I learned about the IT from the note of one of my sectionmates on the tutorial class yesterday, and think of the reason why Rab took the trouble to teach us on this topic, which leads to the conclusion that it is because we are freshmen. First of all, when we write papers, we have to choose proper information from much information from many sources, such as the Internet, papers, or books. We, however, must be careful of the reliability of the information, or sources, which means we have to know how to have access to the information sources, and this is the very reason why we are taught about it at the first stage as the student of the university, freshman. Second, without knowing how to get the access to the proper information, we will not be able to be the genuine student of the ICU, where critical thinking is required. Furthermore, we must be warned of the danger of information technology now. The IT gives us so much information that we can often quote some of it in the wrong way, or context, from the wrong sources, which should be considered by every student in order not to fall into the trap of the information without knowing its danger.
